The Plastic Goldfish Company Limited supplies photography, video virtual tours and drone services along with Energy Performance Certificates and floor plans through our sister brand Wide Angles Property Marketing Services. Customers pay for these services to be delivered and then also pay an annual hosting fee for virtual tours to enable us to continue to host spaces.
We need to obtain enough information to be able to invoice our customers and send these invoices either via mail or email initially during a website build and then annually. Without the ability to invoice and speak to our customers to answer questions and provide support we cannot operate our business or trade.
These invoices are usually addressed to a department within a company or named persons within a company. Customer information is held within our CRM system and accounting system online.
Customer data to be entered into our systems is received by web forms, phone or by email.
Customer information contains the following fields, Name, First line address, Second line address, Third line address, Town, County, Postcode.
We also hold telephone numbers and email addresses because we need to communicate with our customers leading up to and after a shoot. We also need to know customer email addresses and telephone numbers so that we can provide ongoing services.
Our clients are also other businesses.
At this time as a matter of policy, we do not engage in direct marketing, nor do we mail shot our clients.
